About the Show

GO HOME is a science-fiction short film by Simone Paradiso, an AI filmmaker and director from Italy. It was one of ten finalists at the Reply AI Film Festival 2026, the third edition of the competition, picked from more than 3,100 submitted shorts under the theme Imaginatio Nova.

The festival's description credits Higgsfield Soul Cinema, GPT Image 2.0 and Seedance 2.0. It says AI let a small crew recreate complex 1990s settings and vast underground military structures, and sped up the creative development and revision process.

The finalist films were scheduled to be screened at the Premiere Event in Venice on 6 September 2026, during the Venice Production Bridge programme alongside the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, where the jury announced the winners. No public online upload was found, so runtime and where to watch are not stated.
