The terms for using AIPopDB: what the site is, what you may do with it, and what you agree to when you send us something.
About these terms
These terms apply to anyone who uses AIPopDB. By using the site, you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What AIPopDB is
AIPopDB is an information service: a catalogue of films, music, creators and personas made with AI, with the sources behind each record. Our disclosure policy explains how records are made and checked.
We work to keep records accurate and current, but credits, dates and figures can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. AIPopDB is provided as it is, for general information, and is not professional, legal or financial advice. Check a record’s sources before relying on it.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, link to and cite AIPopDB. Please don’t:
- copy the catalogue in bulk, or scrape it in a way that loads our servers or gets around our limits;
- use the site, or its forms, to send spam, false information, or other people’s details without their permission;
- try to break, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Content and rights
The text we write and the way the catalogue is put together belong to AIPopDB. The works, names, trademarks and images we describe belong to their owners; images are credited where their source and licence are known.
If you hold the rights to something on AIPopDB and want it credited differently or removed, email us and we will act on it.

When you submit a work or report a credit, you confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you let us use it to add to or correct the catalogue. We decide what is published, check it against sources first, and never publish your email address. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.
Links and players
AIPopDB links to other websites and shows players from services such as YouTube and Spotify. Those sites and services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, AIPopDB is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page; using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute about them or about AIPopDB is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
