Neuro-sama

Neuro-sama is an AI VTuber created by the pseudonymous British programmer Vedal, who streams her on his Twitch and Bilibili channels. A large language model generates what she says, a text-to-speech voice speaks it, and a computer-animated avatar gives her a body; no human performer voices her. She began as a bot built to play the rhythm game osu!, debuted with speech and an avatar on Twitch on 19 December 2022, and was joined in 2023 by an AI 'sister', Evil Neuro. Her streams include singing and karaoke, and her first original song, LIFE, came out during her December 2024 subathon, followed by further singles. Vedal's channel has set records for the largest Twitch hype train and is the third most-subscribed on Twitch, and in July 2026 Neuro-sama and Evil Neuro performed at Bilibili World in Shanghai.
