Neuro-sama and Evil Neuro, the AI streamer twins built by British developer Vedal, will play their first live concert on 19 December at The Vermont Hollywood in Los Angeles: an extended-reality show with a human band, starting at 12:19 to mark four years since Neuro's debut, with a stream to be announced.
The audience explains the booking. The pair count about three million followers and rank as the third most subscribed streamers ever, having passed 340,000 paid concurrent Twitch subscriptions during a record subathon. They already sing on stream with synthetic vocals over human-written songs, and both have EPs due in November.
Vedal calls the twins job creators, listing the producers, animators, developers and now a band behind them, and says the show is an experiment in what an in-person atmosphere adds rather than a move off Twitch. A virtual performer, he notes, has no body limits but must be built from nothing to exist in a venue. Tickets sold out in about a day.
