Where The Hurt Lives

Where The Hurt Lives is the debut album of Benny Rivers, an AI-generated soul and blues persona whose Apple Music biography says it was created with mid-20th-century blues and Southern soul in mind. Released on 19 June 2026 under the act's own name, it gathers ten songs in 41 minutes 7 seconds, opening with "Rise On Up" and closing with "Tell Me What We're Doing". Most of them had already been posted as official lyric videos on the Benny Rivers YouTube channel that spring, led by "Step by Step in Time", which Apple Music says topped Billboard's Hot Digital Songs chart; the same biography says the album reached the Billboard blues chart and charted in Europe later in the year. The channel also carries the whole record as a single full-album video. No page names the person behind the project or the tools used.
