About this song
Through My Soul is a soul-blues track by Enlly Blue (Enlly), released on 21 June 2025 on the album Shadows & Soul through the label GemV. RouteNote says the Enlly project openly acknowledges using AI: its Spotify biography mentions "touches of creative AI", and it reports that Fast Company in June 2026 described this song as an AI-created soul song by the virtual female artist Enlly Blue.
The same article says Fast Company covered a human-recorded version arranged by Adrian Younge with musicians from The Midnight Hour and singer Loren Oden. RouteNote notes that human writers, producers and arrangers appear in the album credits, and calls the project AI-native or AI-assisted and controlled by human creators; it says it is unclear which parts of the finished recordings come from the humans and which from generative technology.
The track runs 3 minutes 31 seconds. On Spotify it had 30,401,536 plays and the official audio upload on the Enlly Blue Official YouTube channel (11 September 2025) had 11,735,516 views when checked on 6 October 2026.
