About this song
"Some Kind of Magic" is a single by Kelly Boesch, released on 13 January 2026 by Gelsomina Studios under exclusive licence to Nettwerk Music Group. Its video is one of the fairytale-style shorts Boesch likes to make, set in a happy town where people, animals and unusual creatures live side by side and magic sometimes happens; she says she wished for a place like it to escape to. The images were made with Midjourney and animated with Veo 3 and Higgsfield's apps, which she turned to because Veo would not animate anyone who looked like a child. Boesch wrote the lyrics, and the song was made using Suno.
