Summary
About this song
Naughty Angel is a JD Steel single released on 8 August 2026, running 5 minutes 13 seconds. The act's YouTube upload describes it as a slow-burning mix of Southern soul and dark country blues, built around a woman with a crooked halo, spreading wings and horns that keep coming back, who, in the upload's words, came to be satisfied rather than saved. It is a departure from the act's usual trap-inflected songs about the devil and survival, and had passed 12,000 views on YouTube by the end of September 2026. Deezer marks the release as AI-generated content, detected as made with the use of AI. It was self-released through DistroKid.
