Stay a Little Longer

Stay a Little Longer is a soul-blues song by Eddie Dalton, released on 1 April 2026 on the ten-track album The Years Between with a ℗ line naming Vintage Spin Records; an official lyric video went up on the act's YouTube channel on 29 March 2026. Flux, writing after the singer's breakout in April 2026, described Eddie Dalton and his backing band as AI-generated fabrications released by someone going by the name Dallas Ray Little, citing Showbiz411, and noted that whoever runs Crusty Records had found a formula, with several of the act's classic-sounding blues songs reaching the top five on Apple Music and being watched millions of times on YouTube. Flux placed the act in a line of AI performers that includes Breaking Rust and Xania Monet. By 29 September 2026 the lyric video had 2.86 million views and the Spotify track about 8 million plays, the act's second most-played recording after Another Day Old.
