Should've Finished The Job

Should've Finished The Job is a single credited to JD Steel, released on 2 January 2026 with 10067505 Records DK, a distributor's numbered placeholder, on its rights line. An aggressive comeback song, it is addressed to someone who knocked the narrator down and left him still breathing. The act's YouTube channel describes it as being for people who survived what was meant to destroy them and came back stronger and ready to collect, with the warning that anyone who comes for someone had better finish the job. The Spotify recording runs 5 minutes 11 seconds, and the upload on the act's YouTube channel is the same length. Deezer marks this release as AI-generated content, saying it includes tracks detected as generated with the use of AI.
