Rock Bottom

Rock Bottom is a single by JD Steel, released on 23 July 2026 and running 4 minutes 45 seconds. The description on the act's YouTube upload calls it a slow outlaw country ballad about the point where a man has nowhere left to hide from the truth, and is careful to say the song does not treat pain as a gift: there is no rescue or grand comeback, only the discovery that the lowest point can be solid ground to stand up from. The same page tags it as a men's mental health and survival song. Deezer marks the release with its AI-generated content label, saying it includes tracks detected as made with the use of AI. It came out through a numbered DistroKid imprint rather than a label.
