magique is the track that made Willylancien's name: a sparse, sung-and-rapped cut about hustling, ambition and family that Les Inrocks files under rap-variété, released on 11 April 2026 as the fourth of five songs on the EP demain c'est vide under the imprint WILLY EST SON PROPRE BOSS. It spread through TikTok, climbed to the top of Deezer's trending chart and into Spotify's France top 10, and on 20 April Skyrock's programme director Laurent Bouneau added it to the station's playlist, which Les Inrocks described as the first time an AI act had been playlisted by a major national radio station. RTBF ran a 30-second extract through five AI-detection services: four judged it at least partly AI-generated and two named Suno as the likely tool, while one rated it probably human. The act has never confirmed who makes it and denies being an AI artist. Spotify counted 23,159,792 plays on 30 September 2026, the most of any Willylancien track.
