I Know Better But Damn

I Know Better But Damn is a single by JD Steel, the country persona whose releases Deezer marks as AI-generated content. It came out on 29 September 2026 and runs 3 minutes 17 seconds, the newest entry in a stream of near-daily singles the act has kept up since July, arriving a day after Bring A Bigger Grave and You Left Out the Part Where You Lied. Like the rest of the JD Steel catalogue it was self-released through DistroKid, whose numbered placeholder imprint appears as the label on Deezer. Deezer's page for the single states that it includes tracks detected as generated with AI, and it plays on Spotify under the JD Steel profile.
