GAVE U RACKS

GAVE U RACKS is the first single from $TARFACE, an artist persona introduced by the rapper Tyga, and it came out on 3 July 2026, ahead of the 10-track album $TARFACE that followed on 31 July 2026. Billboard describes the project as a character-driven alter ego rooted in 1980s synth-wave, pop, R&B and funk. In a Vice article dated 7 August 2026 Tyga confirmed he used AI in making the album, comparing it to the adoption of Auto-Tune and saying 'all the vocals are all me'; that article does not say which tools or which tracks. Other coverage reports that he has named Suno and that he said AI was used for parts such as synth and guitar, but those reports were only seen as search summaries here. The album drew a 0.0 from Pitchfork and criticism from Doja Cat. The track is released through Last Kings Music / EMPIRE per the scout's row. Its official video on Tyga's channel was uploaded on 2 July 2026. At the times read it had about 3.4 million Spotify plays and about 2.0 million video views, and SIQA lists it in its Top 100 AI Songs for the week of 6 October 2026.
