Summary
Koffi is a computer-generated male model and virtual influencer from The Diigitals, the UK digital-model agency founded by photographer Cameron-James Wilson, best known as the creator of Shudu. He first appeared on Instagram in early January 2019 as the agency's newest male model, a muscular character who shows his physique in sparse clothing, and was photographed with Shudu soon after. His accounts describe him as a virtual influencer and post fitness-flavoured imagery (#fitspo, #bodybuilder) alongside travel shots, with a link out to a Fanvue page. Posting is sparse: his Instagram has about 13.5K followers, and recent posts include an April 2026 reel made with OpenArt's Seedance 2.0 under the #openartambassador tag. His X account has been quiet since November 2024.
Is Koffi AI?
Yes. Koffi is a computer-generated male model and virtual influencer from The Diigitals, the UK digital-model studio founded by photographer Cameron-James Wilson, the creator of Shudu.
The clearest evidence comes from the studio that owns him. The Diigitals, which calls itself an "AI Character & Digital Fashion Studio", lists Koffi on its own site as its "elite digital athlete" next to its other digital models. Coverage from 2019 and 2020 says the same. Captiv8 called him The Diigitals' newest male model in a roundup of CGI influencers. Oliver Bendel at Robophilosophy, quoting Virtual Humans, named him among the virtual models Cameron-James Wilson added to the agency's "Gram family" and described him as a male virtual influencer.
None of these pages names a human model, body double or voice behind Koffi. Most of his output is still images, and his recent posts include a reel made with an AI video tool, so a performer does not seem to be part of how he is made. The Shelf noted that he looks a lot like Shudu, which also suggests he was built by the same studio rather than cast.
Some things are still unknown. No page says who writes his captions or runs his accounts today. Most of the coverage is from his debut years, and the sources say little about how his images are made now. None of that suggests a real person behind him, though.
