About this song
The Devil Better Bring Backup is a single by JD Steel, the country persona whose releases Deezer flags as AI-generated. Released on 18 July 2026 and running 3 minutes 53 seconds, it arrived two days before Strong Enough To Cry during a summer in which the act released new singles almost daily, many with defiant or devil-themed titles. It was self-released through DistroKid rather than a label. Deezer marks the single with its AI-generated content label, noting that it includes tracks detected as generated with AI.
