Resilient

Resilient is the debut EP of Breaking Rust, the AI-generated country project that Wikipedia records as prompted by Aubierre Rivaldo Taylor, with vocals, instrumentation and lyrics produced by generative AI tools and no human performers. Apple Music and Spotify list it as released on 17 October 2025 with five tracks running about 18 minutes, Livin' On Borrowed Time, Whiskey don't talk back, Kicking Back At The Ground, Walk My Walk and Love Don't Live Here, under a ℗ line in the act's own name; Wikipedia counts the EP at eight tracks. Apple Music's editorial notes place the act downstream of Southern-rock-flavoured country pop and the outlaw country of the 1970s and 1980s, with lyrics favouring individualism and an anti-establishment outlook over dusky, blues-inflected arrangements, and single out the call-and-response resonator on Whiskey don't talk back. Wikipedia describes the EP as the release that brought the project to prominence: Walk My Walk became the first AI-generated country song to top Billboard's Country Digital Song Sales chart on roughly 3,000 downloads, a figure TIME and The Independent used to question how much the ranking meant, and the two singles put the act at number 9 on the Emerging Artists chart dated 1 November 2025.
