About this song
"Imperfecta" is a Layah Noir single released on 3 September 2026. The act describes it as Spanish soul blues sung by a deep, rasping female voice, about living under other people's expectations and learning to choose your own path without guilt, a reply to everyone who called her imperfect for not being what they wanted. Layah Noir is reported to be a virtual singer generated with AI, and Deezer marks the single as AI-generated content. A month after release its video had about 87,000 YouTube views and the track about 17,700 Spotify plays.
