About this song
"I Should Have Told You" is a cinematic, dark romantic metal single by VantyX, a virtual artist, about heartbreak kept silent and the regret of hiding behind "I'm okay". It moves from a fragile confession with female vocals to an intense breakdown with heavy guitars and screams, telling a story of love left unspoken and pride mistaken for strength. VantyX posted the official video on YouTube on 18 July 2026 and released the single on Spotify on 19 July 2026, with 12711380 Records DK on the ℗ line. VantyX describes itself as a virtual artist project using AI-assisted music and visual tools, with the lyrics, concept and direction made by VantyX. By 4 October it had about 36,500 YouTube views and 2,200 Spotify plays.
