Summary
About this song
"GG EZ" is an English-language single by M.Sasuke, a Japan-based, AI-native project. Its music and vocals are AI-generated; the project has acknowledged this while claiming the words, arrangement and prompts as its own, and has not said which AI music generator was used.
The song was released on Spotify on May 27, 2026 as a self-release and became a K-pop idol dance challenge, with BTS's Jungkook among those taking part, before most participants knew it was AI-generated. Coverage reports it at number 1 on iTunes R&B/Soul in Indonesia on June 24 and in Singapore on June 28, with top placings in Italy, Norway and other countries, and Spotify monthly listeners for M.Sasuke rising past 741,000. Forbes treated the AI angle as a story in July 2026.
A lyric video with English, Korean and Japanese text was uploaded on May 30, 2026, and had about 12.1 million views in October 2026, with about 18.7 million Spotify plays.
