About this song
"DAY.ONE" is a single by ReDia, the AI-generated workout and dance artist from Japan on SHIFT - ENTER - MUSIC, a label that releases only AI music. It came out on 10 September 2026 and runs 2 minutes 44 seconds; the video went up on ReDia's YouTube channel two days earlier. The label's release page states that ReDia's music is all AI-generated and names Junichi Suzuki as producer, and Deezer flags the single as AI-generated content. In commentary written in ReDia's voice on that page, the song is about keeping the thrill of the first day of doing something you love, putting full effort into small routines such as tying shoes, catching a breath and warming up.
