Biography
Steven St. Arnaud is a producer who works with Neill Blomkamp. ProductionList names him as the producer and only listed key staff member of Oats Studios, the Richmond, British Columbia, company Blomkamp founded with his brother Mike in 2017 to make experimental sci-fi and horror shorts.
He produced Nightborne, the 13-minute AI short Blomkamp released on YouTube on 20 July 2026, made by Havenhurst Entertainment in association with Blomkamp's new AI studio, Barley Studios; Terri Tatchell is also credited as a producer. The film was generated with the Seedance 2.0 video model and used the faces and voices of 32 people recorded under likeness agreements.
