Biography
Nicole Bartlett is an actor, producer and writer who has worked on several films by the director Tom Paton. In September 2023 Decrypt identified her as creative director of Pigeon Shrine, Paton's company, when the two appeared together on a FrightFest panel about its AI-assisted production methods.
On Where the Robots Grow, the 2024 AI-animated feature that was the first release of Pigeon Shrine's AiMation Studios, Plex credits her as a producer and as a voice of the robot Cru, and the studio's July 2024 announcement said she gives a vocal performance in it. The film, written and directed by Paton, follows Cru on a planet called Oracle after he finds the last human baby.
Plex also lists her in several of Paton's live-action films, including 400 Bullets (2021) and Us or Them (2023), where she plays Heather and has a writing credit, plus a screenplay credit on The Siege (2023). Other listed roles include The Bezonians (2021), Abomination (2023) and The Phantom Warrior (2024).
