Biography
Liu Zhiyang (刘智扬) is a Chinese actor best known as one of the three leads of the web drama Soul Ferry (灵魂摆渡), which began airing in 2014. In its tenth-anniversary sequel, Soul Ferry: Ten Years (灵魂摆渡·十年), which premiered on iQIYI on 2 June 2026, he plays Xia Dongqing alongside Yu Yi and Xiao Yin; one report gave his age as 37.
For the 2026 AIGC film Soul Ferry: Butterfly Dream, a Yangzi Evening News report of 22 August 2026 says the picture was made with AI generation while the original cast members Yu Yi, Liu Zhiyang and Xiao Yin provided real-person voice performances. That makes him a human voice performer behind AI-generated characters.
A search summary also lists earlier credits including Condor Heroes 2017 and a Tang-dynasty comedy drama, but those could not be tied to this actor on a page that was opened, so they are left out.
