Secret Level, the AI studio known for its Coca-Cola ads, has opened Secret Level Academy, a master-class style course for people from film and TV who want to understand generative AI. Founder Jason Zada told TheWrap it grew out of constant questions on the speaking circuit about where to learn. The studio started in 2023 and has worked with Google, Intel and the Black Eyed Peas.

It launched at $849, below a regular $1,299, with videos, guides and sample prompts plus a members' community, Level Up, hosting live sessions with working professionals. Rather than teach tools like Runway or Midjourney, which change too fast, it maps AI onto the stages of production.

Sessions cover spotting bad generations, keeping characters consistent, working with synthetic performers and blending real actors into generated scenes. An ethics module puts responsibility for prompting others' IP on the user.

Zada pitches it as a course for storytellers rather than technologists, saying AI work improves when experienced entertainment people take it up. It arrives as studios warm to AI while fears for human creativity persist.
