Ay Yapım

An Istanbul television and film production company, based in Beşiktaş, that makes drama series and features for Turkish and international platforms.

It was founded in 2005 by Kerem Çatay. Its own site says it has produced more than 4,500 hours of TV series and 21 feature films, and calls itself the most internationally awarded Turkish production company and the only one with three International Emmy Awards. Its titles include Aşk-ı Memnu, Ezel, Kara Sevda, Çukur and Yargı. Its group company MADD runs a distribution network that reaches over 150 countries.

In August 2026 Webrazzi described AI Yapım as Ay Yapım's AI-focused subsidiary, which developed the series Castle Walls, released on Amazon Prime Video. The report says AI was used for idea development, storyboards and visual production, with a custom model called AYDNA trained on Ay Yapım's archived content. Hagia Labs, a creative technology company, also took part in the production.
