Within Nigeria's April 2026 round-up of viral AI songs describes Soul of Afrika as AI-generated songs focused on African spiritual and cultural sounds, blending traditional themes with modern AI production; it says two tracks (named there as Grace Echo and This Year) entered the top 10 of Nigeria's Spotify Daily Viral chart in January 2026. That page does not name Open doors itself. On 7 October 2026 the track had about 1.34 million Spotify plays and its official video about 1.11 million YouTube views.
