About this song
"As Weird As It Is" is a song by Kelly Boesch, the visual artist who makes AI videos and the music that goes with them, posted on her YouTube channel on 7 July 2026 as the soundtrack to a film of strange AI portraits. Boesch says she wrote the lyrics and that the music was made under her creative direction with help from Suno. For the images she used about ten style references, among them insects, shapes and older pictures of her own, and prompted the model to get weird; she explains that insects and birds recur in her videos because she loves them, and credits her unusual father with teaching her to embrace being strange. The video runs 2:49 and had about 25,000 views when read; no Spotify release of the song was found.
