Virtual Alin

Every source that speaks to it describes a made character, not a person. Ford Türkiye's own sponsored announcement on Webrazzi (11 March 2024) says the company created the virtual influencer Alin, and that the Mustang Mach-E ad film that introduced her used Unreal Engine with its MetaHuman Creator module to produce the digital person. A FOREO partners article calls her an "AI-driven character" and Ford Turkey's brand ambassador, and her Instagram and YouTube bios say "İçerikler yapay zekâ ile oluşturulmaktadır" (content is created with AI).

The sources differ on method. Webrazzi describes a CGI route (a MetaHuman rig inside a game engine) and never uses the word AI, while the bio and FOREO say AI. The disagreement is about how the images are made, not about whether a real woman is behind them: no page names a human model, actor or voice performer. The Webrazzi piece is sponsored, so it reflects Ford's own account, but that is the operator speaking, which is the strongest kind of source here.

Still unknown: whether any person is scanned or filmed to drive the character, who writes and posts for her (no agency is named), and how much of the current Instagram feed is generative AI versus rendered CGI. No platform AI label was recorded. Capital and Webtekno coverage of her Nov 2024 Sudi Etuz and Elle shoot was seen only as search snippets and is not relied on.
