Tilly Norwood

Every page that bears on the question says the same thing, and the operator is among them. Tilly's own website calls her "an AI character" and "The AI actress", and has her say that Particle6 and Eline van der Velden made her as an awareness project about AI. Wikipedia describes her as a character created with generative AI by Xicoia, the AI division of Particle6, and The Verge, as Wikipedia summarises it, called her essentially a digital puppet. Her Instagram bio, as the research read it, says "Just another AI Actor".

No page names a human performer whose face or body she is. The only human performers mentioned are the 18 people the March 2026 music video "Take The Lead" credits, among them "an actor", alongside Suno-generated vocals. That credit is a production crew line for one video, not a statement that a person plays Tilly, so it does not make her a hybrid. Press accounts of the backlash from SAG-AFTRA, Equity and others all treat her as a synthetic creation.

What is not known is how the day-to-day posts are made: which image and video tools are used, and who writes and voices the comedy reels. The "AI Commissioner" sketch was reported as made with ten AI tools and a ChatGPT script, but the other output is not documented in the pages read. None of this changes the answer: she is an AI persona run by a named company and a named person.
