Every page that describes her treats Te'resa as a fictional, computer-generated character rather than a person. 80.lv (July 2022) calls her a photorealistic virtual model and singer made in 2020 by Imaginary Studio, a virtual human production agency, with the character designed by Wataboku, and quotes her creators describing her as a 17-year-old 3DCG virtual singer. Mogura VR's May 2020 report on her debut says KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, the Japanese label behind VTubers such as Kafu and Rime, announced her as a new talent, introduced through a persona account with a stylised bio.

The strongest sources are the 80.lv article and the label announcement. The 80.lv piece also says little is known about the production process, so how the images are made is not documented beyond 3DCG. Nothing the research found names a human who sings, voices or poses for her, so she is not marked hybrid, but the gap is real: a human vocalist almost certainly exists and is simply unnamed. Her feeds have been inactive since March 2023.

Two claims should be treated with caution. An aggregator bio on japanbuzz.info says the account later became an 'AI version' of herself called Ella or TeresaAi, citing a LinkedIn post that was not read, so it is unverified. The same bio credits the 3D artist Hirokazu Yokohara as creator, which conflicts with 80.lv's Wataboku; the trade-press article with the named agency is the more reliable source. Her name is stylised teresaAI on Instagram and YouTube, but that label alone proves nothing.
