Syfy Wire's coverage of the CES 2021 press conference called her an all-digital, artificial human presenter.
No page names a human who plays her face or voice. Yoon Jong-shin, CEO of Mystic Story, is named as the lead producer who writes her songs and oversees vocal training under the Virtual Human Musician Project. That is a producer role, not a performer standing in for her, so this is not treated as hybrid. JoongAng Daily says she composed and sang her SoundCloud song herself, which the pages do not explain further.
What is not known is how her voice is produced: whether it is synthesised, a human singer's voice, or a mix, and who animates her. The Instagram account has also been quiet since September 2020 on the grid the research read, and the press follower counts disagree (6,000, 14,400 and a doubtful 140,000). None of that bears on the verdict.
