Biography
Matt Kiatipis, known online as MK, is a Canadian streetball content creator from Newmarket, Ontario. He played prep-school basketball in North Carolina and NCAA Division II at Simon Fraser University, then transferred to a school in Georgia before the pandemic wiped out the season, and later played professionally in Costa Rica.
He started posting games in August 2021, and his third park-takeover clip went viral: BNN Bloomberg says it took his Instagram past 100,000 followers, Complex puts it near 150,000. His format is one-on-one 'iso' games against strangers on outdoor courts around the world, under his own rules and with a self-described villain persona. In January 2026 BNN Bloomberg reported more than 5 million combined Instagram and TikTok followers and a business, including his Air Vert training programme, earning over $1 million a year.
Complex reports he is signed with CAA and runs a one-on-one league and show, ISO THAT. Kiatipis is one of four real people whose licensed AI likenesses star in Higgsfield's The Cully Hill Boys, a 110-minute AI-generated action comedy that premiered in New York on 5 August 2026. He did not film scenes; reports say cast members supplied photos and voice recordings under contracts covering pay, use and script review, and that his agency, like N3on's, now offers AI likeness licensing.
