Four separate outlets (Semana, Pauta, Enter.co and 24horas) report the same launch: MGC, a communications agency with a presence in Colombia, introduced Isidora, José Tomás, Agustina, Pedro and Josefa as virtual creators built with CrossIA, a system from its Tech Lab. The operator's own head of Tech Lab, Polo Díaz, is quoted in Pauta describing the squad as made with voice synthesis, computer vision and natural language processing. Enter.co lists José Tomás as a 29-year-old commercial engineer in Santiago de Chile, which is a character profile, not a biography of a real person.

No page names a human performer, model or voice actor behind him, and the coverage describes the characters as entirely synthetic. That is why the verdict is ai rather than hybrid. The coverage reads largely as a repeated MGC press release, so it counts as one operator account carried by several outlets, not four independent investigations. That is still a direct statement from the party that runs him.

What is not known: how much of the output is generated versus filmed, and who writes the posts. His Instagram bio carries no AI label and its only post is a February 2025 reel. The account has about 38,800 followers while following 2 accounts, which the research could not explain. Other platforms were not checked.
