I Needed This Dave

I Needed This Dave, also styled Needed This Dave, is an independent Christian music act whose songs mix R&B soul, chant-like cinematic energy and modern Christian sound. On YouTube he says he writes every lyric and edits every track himself and uses Suno to help bring the sound to life, and his Spotify profile describes the project as having no label and no team. His 2026 releases include "CHOSEN" and a soul version of it, and he has sold physical CDs and run a podcast alongside the music. In early October 2026 his Spotify profile counted about 209,000 monthly listeners.
