Bonnie Milnes

Bonnie Milnes is an actor and musician living in Leeds. In a 2022 podcast interview she said neither line of work pays, so she also works as a carer, and described her band stopping and losing a rehearsal studio in York when the pandemic began. She writes and fronts music as Bonneville, whose album is New Lady.

In The Last Screenwriter (2024), Peter Luisi's film with a screenplay credited to ChatGPT, she plays Sarah, the wife of the screenwriter Jack. On a November 2024 episode of the Local Heroes Podcast she talked about the confusion around the film and the boycott of its launch, after London's Prince Charles Cinema cancelled the planned premiere following audience objections to AI replacing a writer.
