Ticketmaster is the first music-related partner for Muse, the AI agent Meta launched in early September. Users can link a Ticketmaster account as an optional connector, and the agent then suggests concerts, games and other live events that fit their tastes, with seat options and prices.
The link works in English for US users of Muse on web, iOS and Android. Ticketmaster already has similar hookups with Gemini, ChatGPT, Alexa+ and Claude.
Music fans had already mocked the launch because Meta took the @muse Instagram name from the British band, and Meta staff then tagged the band by mistake while promoting the agent.
