BandLab Technologies has acquired Aiode, its third creation platform after BandLab and Cakewalk. Founded in 2022, Aiode generates instrumental parts with audio-to-audio models built with, and licensed from, session players and producers.
Users pick musician or style models to play over a blank project or their own audio, direct them section by section, redo single parts and export stems or a mix.
Aiode stays standalone under its co-founders with its musician deals intact; native recording and more DAW features are planned.
