Changxin Media

A Chinese film and television production company (Chinese name 长信传媒), associated with the Singapore-listed G.H.Y Culture & Media group led by Guo Jingyu. It makes TV dramas, films and concerts.

Press describes the group as founded by writer-director-producer Guo Jingyu, who is its executive chairman and group CEO. G.H.Y listed on the Singapore Exchange mainboard (ticker XJB) on 18 December 2020. Its known IP includes the Soul Ferry (灵魂摆渡) and Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty series, and its businesses are drama and film production, concert production, and costume, makeup and props services with artist management. Beijing Changxin Film & Media Co., Ltd is named as an associated company of the group.

In 2026 Changxin worked with iQIYI on Soul Ferry: Butterfly Dream and Dream of the Heavenly Maiden, two AI-generated online feature films released on iQIYI on 22 August 2026. A report says they were finished in under four months, and that iQIYI and Changxin launched the original Soul Ferry web drama twelve years earlier. Reports say the original cast authorised their likenesses, with performances built from real-person dubbing and motion transfer.
